Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 November 2026
Woodhill Villa is operated by Woodhill Integrated Concept Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you enquire about or book accommodation, contact us, or submit an advertising enquiry form.
Who is responsible for your information
Woodhill Integrated Concept Ltd is responsible for the personal information it receives for Woodhill Villa enquiries and guest services. Our property is at 9 Kuzi Orizu Street, Lekki Scheme 2, Lagos, Nigeria. Contact us about this policy at bookings@woodhillvilla.com.
Information we receive
- Your name, email address and telephone number when you submit a TikTok Instant Form or another enquiry form.
- Stay details you provide, such as arrival and departure dates, guest numbers, accommodation preferences and the content of your messages.
- Booking, transaction-reference and guest-service information needed if you proceed with a reservation. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own privacy policies.
- Basic technical information processed by our website hosting and communication providers, such as IP addresses and access logs used to deliver and secure their services.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp about your request, check availability, provide prices and answer questions. If you book, we use the necessary information to manage your reservation, payments and stay. We also use relevant records to resolve disputes, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
We process information as needed to respond to steps you request before a booking, perform a booking agreement, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate business interests such as managing enquiries and securing our services. Where consent is required, we request it. Submitting an accommodation enquiry does not enrol you in unrelated promotional messages; any separate marketing consent can be withdrawn.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to staff, property managers and service providers who need information to handle your enquiry or stay. Providers may include website hosting, email, messaging, booking and payment services. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal information.
When you use TikTok, WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com or Paystack, those platforms also process information under their own privacy policies. Their services and data handling are separate from this website.
Where information is handled
Enquiries may be handled in Nigeria and South Africa, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When a transfer requires safeguards under applicable data-protection law, we use appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry leads to a booking, ongoing communications, accounting requirements and any unresolved dispute. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information and restrict access to people who need it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send card details, passwords or other sensitive information in an advertising enquiry form.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your information, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain uses. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it; this does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Some records may need to be retained for legal or booking-related reasons.
To make a request or raise a concern, email bookings@woodhillvilla.com. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing personal information. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another data-protection authority with jurisdiction.
Website links and cookies
Our website links to external booking, payment and messaging services. Those services may use their own cookies and similar technologies after you visit them. Any additional analytics or advertising tracking introduced on our website will be described here, with consent requested where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
